On Tuesday, February 22, the first Atelier Hors-Murs was held by our Strasbourg campus. the concept? Offer our students a time of informal exchanges, around a fun activity.
For this first edition, the appointment was set at 17:45, for a cooking class led by Chef Raphaël CALOT. Our alternates discovered the different stages of preparing a risotto with shrimps and seasonal vegetables. A simple, economical and balanced recipe that our students can easily reproduce at home if they wish.
At the end of the workshop, all our participants gathered to taste the fruit of their efforts. A nice way to end the day on a note of sharing and conviviality.
In total, this first edition will have gathered about twenty (20) motivated (S) students, whom we would like to thank once again for their involvement in the life of the school.
We hope to offer them a new workshop very soon.
