This course leads to the award of a level 6 qualification, Responsable du développement commercial France et International, a certification registered with the RNCP by decision of France Compétences on December 16, 2020, delivered by CTI.
The 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication at Eucléa Business School begins with two years of generalist teaching: Improvisation theater, personal branding, field visits, collaborative tools, introduction to coding, professional effectiveness techniques, current economic events, open innovation competitions: Eucléa offers its students a new way of looking at school and business right from post-Bac! The 3rd year then covers all aspects of the commercial environment, focusing on a number of areas.
If marketing is the cornerstone of a successful sales strategy, communication is the key. Eucléa Business School gives you the means to carry out marketing projects on different scales. The Marketing – Communication pathway will provide you with the tools to build an effective communications strategy tailored to the needs and issues faced by companies. Your versatility and immediate operational skills will make you highly sought-after profiles.
Several studies agree that sales functions will be among the top 3 most sought-after positions in 2020. Recruitment of sales development managers is expected to rise by 3%. 60% of young salespeople have level 6 qualifications, and 88% of salespeople have permanent contracts. According to the “Réseau Dirigeants Commerciaux de France”, it is nevertheless difficult to recruit good salespeople.
Companies are looking for profiles capable of implementing sales action plans adapted to their target geographical areas, and detecting new business opportunities. Business development manager profiles need to develop negotiation skills in a multicultural context and adapt quickly to customer needs. They also report on sales activity. Finally, they have to manage teams and monitor sales performance.
The main changes to the certification since its renewal in 2015 are the integration of digital tools and professional social networks into the sales function, the development of omni-channel sales strategies and the rise of e-commerce, the development of remote negotiation and managerial innovation.
