Last week, around twenty students from EuclĂ©a Business School Metz and Strasbourg had the chance to take part in an integration seminar: “Managing teams and driving collective efficiency” 🫡
Over two days, this seminar, based on military experience, trained them to create an esprit de corps, to engage each of them in the service of the collective and to develop the spirit of defense 🪖
This training program is designed to enhance the ability of directors, managers and any professional responsible for a team or aspiring to manage one, to successfully carry out collective projects by adapting the military method of leading collective action to situations of project management and/or corporate transformation.
➡️Cette was a practical, hands-on training program, far removed from conventional training schemes, involving 22 hours of training.
🎯 Learning objectives :
âś…Instating a participative approach within the team
âś…Making managerial decisions
âś…Taking collective action in support of the project
The experiential teaching approach developed by SCYFCO is based on a succession of role-playing situations, experienced in groups by our alternating students accompanied by their mentor.
The latter, a former army officer, accompanied them throughout the course, with practical exercises, mostly outdoors, followed by in-depth debriefings, feedback and exchanges of best practices, and then helped them to transpose these into a professional context.
Many thanks to Quentin, Jean-Yves, Fabien, Laurent and Éric from SCYFCO for their support and facilitation of the seminar, and a big well done to our students for going above and beyond the call of duty. The Euclésian spirit was once again perfectly represented! 👏
