We had the privilege of chatting with Julie LAURENT, a dynamic and passionate student, who is currently completing her Specialized Management (Ms) in Human Resources on our Strasbourg campus.
Julie generously shares with us her experience and reflections on her career at Eucléa.
Julie, can you introduce yourself in a few words? đź‘€
Of course! I’m Julie Laurent, 24, with a degree in Accounting and Management and a Bachelor’s in Recruitment. I’m currently doing a work-study program for my second and final year of the Ms in Human Resources at EuclĂ©a Business School Strasbourg, to gain some perspective on operational functions and acquire decision-making skills.
How would you describe your experience at Eucléa in two sentences? 🏫
For me, Eucléa embodies a school where proximity and excellence guide our success, enabling us to constantly evolve Surrounded by professionals at all levels, we put our experience into practice in the professional world.
What have you enjoyed most about Eucléa outside of the classroom? 🎉
Eucléa offers a range of events that encourage people to get to know each other and go beyond the classroom, such as the cultural evening, which was a real opportunity for team members and all the graduating classes to get together. From Olympiads with the Collège de Paris to leisure activities and afterworks, these initiatives strengthen the bond between students.
What did you gain most from your training at Eucléa? 🧑‍🏫
The training offered me a strategic perspective, taking me away from my usual operational missions. The course gave me a real sense of perspective and the importance of decision-making. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, fostering my professional and personal development.
Your best memory at Eucléa? 🙂
Among many memories, the integration party and impromptu karaoke created an immediate understanding between the promotions. As coach of the EuclĂ©a soccer team, the cohesion and team spirit are my greatest satisfactions I’ve been able to create a real sense of cohesion with the students, where team spirit is at the heart of our actions to achieve victory! âš˝ 🏆
What do you think of the management, teaching and administrative team? đź‘«
I’m satisfied with the relationships we have with the team members. Personalized support from day one creates a sense of belonging to the school: every member of the team calls you by your first name as soon as you start the new school year! Indeed, the team is always ready to listen and very accessible.
The rigorous training prepares you for the professional world, and the warm atmosphere makes every moment enjoyable.
What do you think of the campus setting and environment? 🗺️
The campus offers a modern setting with excellent transport links, whether by car, bus or bike! Despite the need for nearby restaurateurs, the kitchen meets our needs. The friendly environment contributes to a positive experience.

In the future, I’d like to move into payroll.
