Within the company, information and awareness-raising campaigns on disability aim to create a climate of trust conducive to the long-term integration of disabled employees. By highlighting the commitments made and the actions implemented, the company sets itself apart in a positive way.
As part of a module run by Stéphanie Lecourt, a lecturer on the Strasbourg campus, Maria Froukh and Anne Dumay, alternating students in their first year of the Ms Human Resources programme, produced an interview and a piece of work on disability to raise awareness of people with disabilities.
