Operational Business Manager: This role directs the implementation of sales, marketing, human resources and financial projects. It ensures smooth communication with all departments and implements information systems.
As a Business Operations Manager, he is often responsible for marketing policy, budget management and supervision. Its activities are in line with the company’s global strategy.
