In the corporate world, management encompasses the analysis of situations and needs of departments (production, sales, administrative, financial, etc.), followed by strategic, marketing, financial, investment and human resources management decisions. The aim is to optimize the company’s overall performance in its markets, a practice that cuts across all sectors and departments.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will contribute to the major strategic orientations and lead the implementation of projects in their commercial, marketing, human and financial aspects. As the interface between strategic development and operational management, you will optimize the management of your resources and ensure the sustainable growth of your unit. You’ll be in contact with all the company’s departments, and will establish a solid information system.
As manager, you will be responsible for marketing policy, budget management and team supervision. You will align your activities with the company’s general policy and effectively manage the sales strategy. You’ll analyze and make complex decisions to guide your unit’s strategy.
Pre-requisites Validated diploma or RNCP level 6 qualification (validated Bac+3) significant professional experience
If the candidate’s previous course of study differs from the chosen speciality, the candidate’s file will be submitted to the educational advisor for validation. A different orientation may be proposed.
Training period: 2 years
Initial or work-study training: 2 days at the school
Hours of classroom training: 465.5 hours per year
